Rebekah Fedrowitz, MDN, BCHN

There was once a time when Rebekah struggled with adrenal imbalances, digestive problems, and emotional disorders. Plagued with stress and anxiety, Rebekah realized that while nutrition was an important part of her recovery, relying on that alone wouldn't be enough. She found the complete state of wellbeing that she longed for by using the right nutritional therapies in combination with mental and spiritual support.

The journey to complete wellness wasn't an easy one, but Rebekah knows these experiences have equipped her to help other women find freedom and healing in ways they don't even know are possible. Her prayer is that the painful road she walked will help her make it easier for others to find complete mind-body-spirit wellness.

Rebekah is a board certified holistic nutritionist, self-taught chef, and founder of You Are Well. She has a master's diploma in nutrition and is also a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and sport yoga instructor. Rebekah has completed extensive continuing education and research in digestive health, therapeutic supplementation, adrenal fatigue, anxiety and other neurological imbalances, women's hormonal health, and food psychology.
