I know what it’s like to struggle with weight!

I spent years fighting and wrestling with my weight. I thought I was genetically doomed - that I just didn’t have a fast metabolism or the body type to be “thin.”

I exercised and exercised and exercised.

I tried every diet I could, and even if it worked for a while, nothing lasted.

I met with doctors, nutritionists, and personal trainers. They told me to keep doing what I was doing.

The more I followed conventional diet advice, the worse I got.

I felt deprived and was constantly fighting to stay on track. Eventually, I got to the point where I hated food, thinking it would be easier if I just didn’t need it.

So what finally changed?

Turns out my weight problems weren’t really the problem, but merely a symptom of other imbalances I didn’t even know where there. Things like bloating, indigestion, PMS, and fatigue, that were so common they seemed almost normal.

About the SHED-IT Method Program

How does the program work?

The SHED-IT Method group program guides you through essential steps to resetting your health and nutrition so you can recover, rebuild, and optimize key aspects of your health. While we walk through guided changes, you’ll also be given invaluable tools and education to help you continue your progress and stay on track even after the program has concluded.

What’s included?

The program includes 10 weekly sessions packed full of education, accountability, and guided steps.

You’ll receive printable resources and tools, curated recommendations, group accountability, and of course guided support from Rebekah.

We will also have an online group where you can ask questions and get support from Rebekah and other participants throughout the program.

When & how do we meet?

The program begins on Wednesday, February 7 and will run through April 12.

Weekly sessions will be held on Wednesdays at 6pm ET. You have the option to join in person at our office in downtown Greenville, SC, or via Zoom from anywhere!
